Because of the Internet or other technical issues, there could a few cases of delay in amount credit in the account or sometimes even failure of payments.
1.After payment is done, sometimes it may take 10 -15 min to get it reflected in your wallet. In most of the cases (~98%) that once paid, the amount will start reflecting in your account.
2. If you have closed the browser before full payment was processed then in that situation there are high chances of the unsuccessful payment. In these cases, payment will be refunded back to your bank account in 2-3 working days time as per banking norms
3. Interruption in internet network, sometimes cause failure of transaction .
In any of such cases,customers are requested to provide us bank statement so as we can initiate the refund process with our payment gateway partners.
