Pick up time is generally between 2 - 7 pm. After the shipping label creation, Pick up for all your shipments will be arranged automatically.
Pick up will be arranged considering your booking time. Every courier company take the pick up request before a cut off time for same day pick ups. Depending on the courier company the booking cut off time varies from 11 am, 12 pm till 2 pm for same day pick up. If the order is received after booking cut off time, pick up will be arranged for next working day.
Pick up for your initial shipment may be delayed generally for 24 - 48 hrs for the first time. This is due to Warehouse creation and location mapping in their system which is a one time activity.
Below are the very common reasons for pick up failure -
1. Pick up attempted shipper is not available or unable to contact shipper.
2. Pick up attempted shipper did not handover the parcel
3. Pick up attempted but parcel / required paperwork is not ready
4. Pick up not attempted.
5. Pick up not reflecting in courier partner's system
6. Pick up not registered.
