Exceptions appear when your shipment is either not delivered or not connected, due to any of below mentioned reasons.

1. Incorrect or incomplete address of Consignee

2. Consignee not available

3. Consignee rejected the parcel.

4. Requested for delivery on a future date.

5. Missing Paperwork. (includes Invoice / AWB/ Declaration/ E way bill etc)

6. Unable to collect COD money.

There can be more reasons for an exception apart from the above, depending on case to case basis.
